SHIPPING COST
We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders. We also offer free shipping for approved returns and exchanges.
SHIPPING TIME
We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, with the exception of US Public Holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will go out with our Monday shipment.
DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are shipped FedEx Ground, and are anticipated to arrive one to five business days from the shipping date. For more information about current FedEx service details please visit the FedEx website.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment here. If you have questions about the whereabouts of your package after it has shipped, please contact FedEx directly as we do not have access to packages once they leave our warehouse. If the issue persists, or FedEx are unable to resolve it to your satisfaction, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@tooraloora.com.
RETURN POLICY
Toora Loora gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged full price pieces for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase. Returns can be initiated with an online request from within your account or by emailing us at info@tooraloora.com. Unless defective, items must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, undamaged and salable condition with tags still attached. Toora Loora will review the request and issue a return shipping label for you to print and use to ship back your qualifying items.
